My First Linky Party!

I think I am getting enough followers (thank you so much by the way!) to start my first linky party. My topic is classroom management. How do you deal with your kiddos? Is it a system you have in place or a bunch of small things? I have seen only the color changing system (my whole school is on that one) and it has worked  some of the time.
