Pictures of My Finds! :)

Hello! Today was such a busy day, I am just now sitting down (and I have to get back up and make a quick run to the grocery store, ugh) But I'm really excited because I made some trips to the Dollar Store, Walmart and Target and scored some sweet stuff...here's my loot!

From Dollar Store..
I plan on making a learning center with these! So adorable

These will go on everyone's table when we do cutting activities :)
From Walmart...
going to put scissors and glue sticks in these babies!

on the left is a 10 pocket file organizer..just 8 bucks! And the right is a table top pocket chart..$3!
 And finally, from Target..
I went a little crazy in the Dollar section, but the bill wasn't too bad..still kept it under $30! Yess!
I think I'm done for a little while! ;) My birthday is coming up on the 25th, so I'll wait and see if I get anything. ;)

Finally, I wanted to share with you a project (not school related) that I've been working on for a month now...they are finally finished and ready to be mailed out next week. Our bridal shower invites! My sister in law is making our wedding invitations, and I wanted to put my own spin on something too, so I created these. Might be a little faux pas, but I'm really proud of them and I hope my family likes them too!

PS. I'm not offended if you know our last names, but I crossed them out because after all, the info is online. haha. ;)

Ok, well I'm off! Tomorrow evening we drive back up to Ohio again for my friend's wedding and a bunch of our wedding stuff! Ahh..it's going to be crazy! Have a good night!

  2. I can't wait to see what you do with the dollar tree die cuts. I have bought several this past year. I have been working on making a matching came with them or maybe a splat game. On one item I put the number and wrote the number word and on the other one I put the matching ten frame. I teach four year olds and I want to work on exposing them to the ten frame concept to make it easier for them in Kindergarten. I also thought it would be cute to use the mouse (from mouse and cheese pack) with the cookie (from milk and cookie pack) to correspond with the book If you give a mouse a cookie. The peanut butter and jelly set is really cute too.
