Hi everyone! I'm posting today to link up with Latoya for her acquainted linky. The topic this week is 3 things you would bring if you were stranded on an island.
1) My fiance....of course ;) (need him for survival and fire making)
2) a good book...right now I am reading this. (it's about a woman who lost her son and is trying to find out if he is dead or alive, and all the people she lives with are hiding something...very good!)
3) a good pair of sandals....this may sound funny, but I hate walking on hot sand and if I were to venture into the jungle, I would not walk to walk barefoot ;)
And finally, I started a new diet! I only need to lose about 5-10 pounds to fit better in my dress and man are they being stubborn. If you've been reading my posts, you know I'm trying really hard and exercising a lot. Well, I did some research and this diet by Dr. Ian who was featured on the Dr. Oz show seems really. Good. I'll keep ya updated, but today was day 1 and I feel great!
