Interview, word wall, spring

Hello!

So I have exciting news I'd like to share. I got a call for an interview for the city I grew up in. I currently work in Parma but at a charter school and the secretary for the public schools called me today to set up an interview! (squeal) I am soo excited and nervous because I hate interviews and sometimes get flustered when answering the questions and I don't want to mess this one up! Anyway, it hasn't been scheduled yet since I got her voicemail when I called back, but we'll see. (fingers crossed!!)

Also, I wanted to share a pic with you. It's my "math word wall." I can't remember the site I got the words from but it prides itself and creating vocabulary that helps visual learners. For example, the word perpendicular is spelled going up and down and across. Very cute and the word banners are pinterest inspired. :)

The other thing is my behavior charts. I changed them for the season because I get bored looking at the same things. I know sticker charts are kind of boring to share, but I wanted to share how I "spruced" them up a bit with a flower cut out and title "garden of good behavior."...just an idea if you use charts. :)

Lastly, I got these tissue paper pompom kits at michaels (I am really crafty I promise you and could have done them myself, but I didn't have time) I decided to leave them up for the rest of the year and the kids love them. One asked me today why I didn't have 100 hanging! haha
And on a wedding note....we originally were looking into riviera maya, mexico, but recently I came across this resort in Punta cana and love it even more! It's called Majestic Elegance and even though it's family friendly it still has a whole adults only exclusive section with rooms and pools (and roof top bar!) So it could be a contender. I've posted a pic or two for you in case your curious (and might want to book a vacay there!)
