How well do you want to know your kids?

Hello! So I'm getting more school stuff done on this rainy day today. (I told myself I wouldn't do any work this weekend, but last night, I got behind on a project) 
So as a team, we would like to know a lot about our little kinders. I made this questionnaire for parents to take home at open house and fill out, then bring back the first week. There are a lot of helpful questions that I never thought to ask last year.
