Counting my Blessings

Hey everyone! Glad to be back home with my hunnie and we have tomorrow and Tuesday off, then it's back to work on Wednesday. Jealous of those of you that don't start back until the 7th! :) I was so happy to see I am one step closer to 200 followers. I think I'll be hitting my bloggy birthday here in the next couple weeks and am so grateful that there are so many people out there that are interested in what I have to say. A big THANK YOU!

On another note, I am excited to participate in Amy Lemons linky party. Today the topic is downtime and that is one this I need to have more of. I was already thinking today that I plan to be on the computer less in the new year and focus on the upcoming wedding and my future hubby! Having time to spend with family last week really helped me to step back and take a breath because I was really starting to get overwhelmed with school stuff everyday after school and made no time for anything else. (sigh) So here is what I'd like to focus on this year....
I tried my wedding dress on and lets just say I need to lose 5 pounds

I love to knit :)
Cannot wait to be married this year!!

Again, goes with the eating better :)

I think this is going to be a great new year and I am so excited to see all the things it has to offer. I plan to really stick to my resolutions this year to be the best person, friend, fiance and teacher I can be. :)

  1. Good luck with your goals, Sarah! Balancing teaching and your personal life can be so hard...especially during your first year of teaching or whenever you take a new position! Best Wishes for a Happy New Year!

  2. Your goals are a lot like mine. I really need to eat healthier and exercise more too! You've got a great reason though, a wedding!!! How exciting for you. Enjoy every minute of it!
