Report Cards...ahh!

Hey friends! So this week, I have to get report cards done. They go out Monday. I'm a little nervous as doing title 1 last year, I didn't have to go beyond progress reports and my school doesn't really do a set grading system so a lot of the standards will be based on opinion...hate that. How does your school handle keeping track of grades? How do you do report cards?
