May Currently!

Whoo hoo! April is over and we are one step closer to the end of the year. Gosh friends, it cannot come soon enough. I am trying to stay positive and do fun stuff with the kids, but they are just not cooperating and I am just about out of patience. :( 25 more days! So I'm linking up with Farley for the May Currently. Here we go!

So yes, if you read that...I do have a phone interview tomorrow morning with a new charter school that is opening up in the area. But that's all I want to say for now and I will keep you updated if any other developments occur. ;)

I am sad to report, this has been a very tough year. So much different being a full-time classroom teacher instead of a title 1 teacher and don't get me wrong, I absolutely love it, but it's been a trying year for many reasons to say the least. 

If I stay with my current school, I'd like to teach summer school to earn some extra money for the wedding. :) Less than 6 months away! And so I'll be focusing a lot on that this summer. Plus we're moving to G'boro so it's going to be a busy one!

Well, I am done thinking about school for the weekend...tomorrow morning after the interview, we're hitting the road, Atlanta bound! I surprised my fiance with a weekend getaway to see the Georgia Aquarium! :) I can't wait to relax and even perhaps order some room service and be fancy this weekend! ;) I'll letcha know how everything goes and will take some pics to share!
